HOW the Corporate OSHBox Works!
Step One – Learning and Assessment
All of your employees will have access to the ES eWorkbooks aligned to BSB30707
Certificate III in Occupational Health and Safety. The workbooks can be accessed
online, providing a self directed learning and assessment
toolbox that encourages participants to apply Health and Safety in your workplace.
You can even use ES eWorkbooks to support your in house training programs!
Step Two – Assessment Resulting and Feedback
Once an employee has completed each workbook, your organisation can retain the employees' workbook as evidence in support of "Duty of Care" requirements and training achievements.
Step Three – Award Recognition
Your organisation may also like to offer an additional reward to those who have successfully completed their workbooks! Workbooks can be assessed for National Award Accreditation through a Registered Training Organisation. The Certificate III in OHS is one of the Award Qualifications achievable through our selection of ES eWorkbooks.
